RULES

I.CATEGORIES

Baby 6 or younger
Mini 7-9 years old 
Junior I.  10-13 years old 
Junior II.  14-18 years old 
Adult I.  19-30 years old 
Adult II.  30+ years old 
(if there will be too many competitors in one category we are going to separate them)

In case of duos, groups and synchron they have to register to the oldest member's category.
In solo category they can enter in beginner or advanced category.

Beginner:
They have never been in a competition or only once and never got 1st 2nd or 3rd in a competition where there were more the 5 competitors.
In this category they will get a classification. Bronze, silver or a gold medal. If someone got the overall winner last time in this category she/he has to be in the intermediate category.

Intermediate:
They have never compete in an advanced/pro/competitive category. Never been in a European or World Champioship before. Never got a 1st place in a competition before where there were more than 2 contestant.
The first 3 get medals and everybody gets a certificate.

Advanced:
More experienced competitors. 
The first 3 get medals and everybody gets a certificate.

II. DIVISIONS

HOOP:
solo (woman, man), duo (on one hoop), group 3-4 person(on one hoop), synchron max. 3 hoop

SILK:
solo (woman, man), duo (on one silk), group 3-4 person(on one silk), synchron max. 3 silks

HAMMOCK
solo (woman, man), duo (on one hammock), group 3-4 person(on one hammock), synchron max. 3 hammocks

FREESTYLE:
pl. cube, trapeze, spiral etc..

Stage: 7x10 m
ballet floor and tatami and landing mat

95% of the routine should be on the hoop/silk/etc. Choreography on the floor should be in the beginning of the routine.

III. MUSIC

Beginner: 2:00 - 2:30

Intermediate: 2:30-3:00

Advanced: 3:00 - 3:30 

IV. ELEMENTS

The beginner's choreography have to contain:
minimum 2 strength-, 2 flexibility- and 1 dynamic elements.

HOOP and FREESTYLE

Mini, Junior I-II.
– Rotation (forward/backward)
– Elements with one arm or one leg: minimum 1 
– Flexibility elements: minimum 3
– Strength elements: minimum 2
– Dynamic elements: minimum 1

Adult I. woman
– Minimum 2 elements with rotation
– Flexibility elements: minimum 4
– Strength elements: minimum 3
– Dynamic elements: minimum 3

Adult man
– Flexibility elements: minimum 4
– Strength elements: minimum 4
– Dynamic elements: minimum 3

Duo
– Szinkron pozíciók: minimum 2
– Lifts: minimum 2
– Flexibility elements: minimum 2
– Strength elements: minimum 1

Synchron  (max. 3)

-Minimum 2 elements with rotation
-Minimum 3 flexibility elements
-Minimum 3 strength elements
-Minimum 1 elements with one arm

SILK and HAMMOCK
(intermediate-advanced)

Mini, Junior I-II.
-Minimum 1 drop
-Minimum 3 db flexibility elements (3 sec)
-Strength elements: minimum 1
-Dynamic elements: minimum 1

Adult I. woman
-Minimum 2 drop
-Flexibility elements: minimum 3
-Strength elements: minimum 2
-Dynamic elements: minimum 1

Adult man
-Flexibility elements: minimum 3

V. COSTUME

The body must be covered except the arms and the back. Net fabric is allowed on the leg, arms and the back.
